From fresh fruit to powder
The fruits are selected, cleaned and processed into a concentrated raw material, then dried to a powder. Vitamin C is sensitive to air, light, heat and moisture. Processing and drying conditions, airtight packaging and careful storage consequently matter for preserving the finished product.

Acerola fruit naturally contains polyphenols, flavonoids, phenolic acids, anthocyanins and carotenoids. Various other vitamins and minerals may also be present in the fruit. Only vitamin C is standardised to 25% in this product; no guaranteed amounts are stated for the other constituents.
Pure powder, not capsules
The product is powdered acerola fruit extract without added sugar, processing aids, preservatives or synthetic flavours, colours or fragrances. Each pack contains 270 grams of powder. This is a fruit extract rather than a mushroom extract and is not supplied in capsules.
