Our second monthly schedule combines three distinct mushroom extracts. Within the four-month programme, this is the Water phase, traditionally associated with the lymphatic system. The phase name identifies a theme of the programme; it is not a promise to cleanse or treat the lymphatic system. The morning-and-evening allocation is part of the defined daily schedule.
